I still shop here, but honestly the food isn't special, and it is more expensive than you would think for a grocery store that looks like this. I've seen a few (3) fights since I've started shopping here the last few months. I probably won't stop shopping here since it's the closest place to me, but I don't do all my shopping here, only some, and only when I don't want to drive further. They still have a good selection of the basic necessities (like meat), some random sodas I can't find other places, etc, but the owner needs to step it up. For some reason this little block just isn't as nice as the surrounding areas.

There's a gentleman named Danny there. I believe he's a GM, but don't quote me. He definitely holds a solid title. So far, Danny and the security guard named James are one of the nicest people you can run into. It's refreshing coming across down to earth welcoming inviting type of people. I went in their store a few days ago this week and offered my services in pressure washing, power washing and wanted to provide quality skills of workmanship. Even though I was providing my services, they made me feel like a valued customer through the whole process.

Please check your receipts before walking out of this store. They love to mark up prices at checkout. Don't be embarrassed because when I corrected the cashier, the people in line also said its happened to them before.

Whenever there is a sale on specific foods, I will go and buy it, BUT the cashiers ALWAYS make me buy it for the regular price at checkout.

They do it on purpose too, very fishy and manipulative tactics.

What is the point of advertising these sales(Fish, watermelon for example), when they are going to try and get away with charging full price at checkout?!

There is one specific cashier (older woman with glasses) who is always rude and when I tried to correct her about the price of an item, she gave me attitude.

Overpriced for a lot of their stuff because this kind of market is really considered a convenience store even though it's a full grocery store but it's good if you're in a pinch it's really local so that's cool and they have delicious Mexican pastries

Well, I have been in and out of the hospital visiting my mom, everything is so expensive around here that the only place that I can think of to go to eat was this one, the food is a bit pricey, I like the chicharron with meat on it, the was good and crunchy.😋 All the other rest of the food wasn't all that. The agua fresca was alright too. I'll just be going there for the chicharron.

As big as it is Mexican. Got a chili relleno at the cafeteria and it was the size of a 16oz steak but more flavorful, my goodness.
