I visited this McDonald’s today January 5th 2025 at around 9:30 am, the first thing I noticed is 2 signs showing how a worker should treat a customer: and I notice 2 in special, smile to the customer and ask him if he needs anything else, funny thing all the workers I met today had long faces and seem
To avoid as much as possible the interaction with the customers, also the customer service is pretty bad. My soda straw was ripped and I had to wait for someone to get me a straw replacement like 5 minutes because nobody were at the front counter until I yelled at one of the workers on the back for help. I’ll be coming back since the food was good, hopefully customer service will improve by then, for now I’ll give this place only 2 stars for the bad customer service

Had awful experience. Ordered a meal with three drinks. I was in a rush so when I was about to get home I realized I didn't get my drinks. I go back to let them know and the Manager Rebecca made me feel like a thief. She assumed that I was trying to get free drinks. I showed her my receipt and it showed that they had only put two drinks so she gave me a harder time. One rude not up to standards manager Rebecca. I will never go back to that McDonald's.

Ordered big breakfast and when we got to our hotel at Great Wolf, there was no pancakes inside. Yes I checked my order and saw the container so I assumed that everything was inside. $20 an hour and you guys can't even make orders right.

Went thru drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder without cheese and onions. They had me park in #3 spot and I waited for my food. Got home and yuk! The burger had cheese on it! I peeled the two slices off the best I could but it sure made my hamburger taste terrible!!!

We ordered 20 nuggets, 2 medium fries and 1 large fry. They initially gave us the wrong order (a 20 piece NO fries and the wrong sauce) when we said something they went and got us our fries only for them to be VERY underfilled. Attached is a photo of the LARGE fries as they came.

Service and food was great, my only complaint is it wasn't raining but there was a constant drip on my car while trying to pay for my food in the drive thru. For those of us that take care of our cars this is annoying that we have to clean it again.

I'm not one to complain but mcdonalds needs to do better. How is a multi million dollar company going to charge me $4 for a squished sandwich? I feel cheated. Stop worrying about how many sandwiches you can fit on your menu and start worrying about the quality of food you're handing out for the prices you charge. If it was a $2 sandwich I wouldn't be so mad. But almost 5 bucks for this? Disappointing.

My daughter only went to this McDonald's because of the hello Kitty happy meals .. they gave us regular Happy meals to my 2 granddaughters . But my daughter asked the McDonald's employee can I have the hello Kitty toys and not the baseball cards that's what they put inside the regular Happy meal box 🤔🤷 sure enough they switched and my 2 granddaughters got their hello kitty toys 👍👍
Make sure you ask for the toys just in case you get baseball cards
