My daughter got me a PSU Wrestling T-Shirt for my birthday. The screen print was off-center and crooked. I hope they will make good with an exchange. I expect better especially for the price.

I've always been a customer of McClanahan's for decades, but recently was the first time I placed an online order. One of the glasses I ordered arrived broken. I reached out informing them of the damage to which they immediately responded, apologized and shipped a replacement. I received the replacement in perfect condition with a hand-written "Thank You" card for my patience. Wow! The absolute best customer service I experienced anywhere in a long time!

This is a great place to get Penn State souvenir clothings with a reasonable price. There are piles of basic clothes with Penn State Marks. Quality is just okay, but if you are thinking to get for just souvenirs, you don't wanna pay a lot.

You can use street parking or use McAllister parking garage.

The staffs were very kind.

Compared to this store, Penn State bookstore in Hub provides many good quality clothings, but you need to bring a fat wallet.

Shopped here many times as a student, but my best experience was as an alum. Ordered a bunch of shirts for my son for Christmas, and the one I wanted has gone out of stock since I had purchased it. When they notified me, I explained that the out of stock shirt was why I chose to purchase there and the one I wanted most. The staff was able to ship my order out without that shirt so that I would have it in time, and then quickly shipped out the last shirt ASAP as soon as it was available. Awesome customer service! ❤️

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, and they took forever ( the other guy waited on 4 people) and were the worst ones I've EVER had there. This was my first job at main campus back in 03. I never made bad sandwiches. Guess the store has slacked since the boss retired. Hopefully, next time I'm in there, it will be better.
