I have been meaning to review this place for a while. They have been absolutely wonderful. First they fixed my dad’s motorized scooter/wheelchair they did a great job at an honest price. Several months later we purchased motorized lift chairs. They were not what we expected. The maker~Pride~ said that they were the new version of the older model we had. We were so disappointed. Medical Supplies IHP was fantastic. They took them back and we bought a better model. My parents are thrilled. I am so grateful that they worked with us as the chairs are very expensive.

Dave, the owner is a great guy! Am new to this old age stuff and he helped me find the right product and solution for the problem for myself and my husband. And the price was right! I even took one thing back and he exchanged for a better product for my husband's needs. Great service, lots of knowledge, warm, kind and empathetic. Will recommend to everyone! Even stayed open after hours to accommodate my needs.

Super friendly employees knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different hand wraps I was looking for to promote better circulation in my hand! I saw a wrap online that was almost 200 bucks but they advised me on a 25.00 wrap that works great! Sometimes buying something with all the bells and whistles isn’t necessary and that’s what I learned from this store! My hand feels so much better thanks for the great advice and my new hand wrap! I’ll take it with me everywhere

The gentleman who runs this store is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have gone here for several years and find the service to be very helpful! His prices are very competitive to others in the area. Definitely a gem in our community!

The Compassion the owner had was amazing and inspiring. The best customer service I've had in a while (I've worked in customer service my whole life). The best part was the pricing. I will definitely be coming back.
