This is my everyday go-to spot for everything! Not only is the owner Donnie extremely friendly but he is also very knowledgeable about every item he carries in his store. Every time i have a question or concern he is eager to answer every question and point me in the right direction! He offers a huge variety of meal preps along with energy drinks, proteins, pre workouts, and soon to be a smoothie bar!! Ukiah needed a place like this so badly! So excited to see the future of this place 🙂

Finally there’s a local supplement shop!
Stopped by and picked up the Phormula-1 protein (several flavors to choose from) and the Liver Detox. Smoothies and more coming soon. Come check it out!

Best spot in town for all things for gym people. Donnie is the absolute man, gives good info and knows more than any dietician or personal trainer I’ve ever had.
