This quaint "old school" trophy and awards shop exudes long time community service and expertise in their craft. I had brought in an urn for custom engraving, unfortunately MVA could not engrave it which I fully understood due to not having an established engraving setup specifically for the heart shaped urn, thus engraving quality could not be guaranteed. However, Crystie, owner of MVA provided a great work around to accomodate my engraving request. The final heart shaped engraving product matched the color and texture of the metal urn and exceeded my expectations. All communications prior to the final proof were timely and informative. I would not hesitate to return to MVA for custom engraving. Thank you Crystie for your help and expertise.

I purchased an award trophy for my granddaughter’s kindergarten achievement and the service and price was wonderful. However, when I picked up the trophy, the gold statue part was tarnished abit. I’m guessing it’s ole pieces that they found and used. Not pleased at all, I was bringing it back then but thought you get what you pay for 🤷🏽‍♀️

Menifee Valley Awards is a hidden gem! I needed a plaque on a "rush" and Christy (the owner) got it done in less than 2 hours! I'm still in shock because the other stores I had called needed at least 5 days to complete my order.

The quality of work is great. The variety of items in which to choose from is fantastic. Their pricing is PHENOMENAL!!

A big shout out to Christy & her staff for being accommodating, friendly and professional!

The staff was very friendly and gave great advice on an engraving job I was doing for my grandsons soccer coach. The owner was down to earth and honest on what wording and symbols I should use for the plaque. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. Also, he gave me plenty of options to choose from. I also liked the fact that they send you an e-mail of the work before they do it so there is no mistakes. All I recommend is that you plan accordingly and do not wait until the last minute to get your engraving done. Menifee Valley Awards has great prices and there craftsmanship is top notch. Would highly recommended them for all your trophy and engraving work.

It was a very bad experience. Not only were they unprofessional but they were aggressive and disrespectful. I was attempting to make plaques in honor of my diseased husband and they acted as if my mere $20 order was not worthy of fulfilling the order by the time they said it would be ready. When I said I needed it by the time promised she began yelling at me telling me they had other orders that came first. When a business is confrontational and makes you feel threatened it’s concerning to say the least. I realize it’s the holidays but there’s no excuse no matter how busy you might be. And if there is any question to my motives or truth merely look at the owners/slash employees review of the other similar claim to rudeness and abuse. The professional response is aggressive rude and disrespectful. Unprofessional to say the absolute least. It’s all the proof I need. Should have read reviews and business response first.

The older lady that does the engraving was VERY rude to her employee so I was unhappy immediately after walking in. Pricing is slightly high. I needed a 7 LETTER NAME & 2016-2017 on a 2"×1" rectangle. It was going to take THIRTEEN DAYS to get it back because the lady was too busy with, "more important league trophies." I asked if I could pay to rush it & was informed I could pay $20 more & have it ready in 9 DAYS instead. Whaaaa?! I will happily drive to Murrieta next time!!!!🖓

I used to go visit this place when I was a Scout Leader. I love their service, they were always on time and had the best at an affordable price.
I really miss these guys now that I live out of California state.
