Easy place to load. Loaders were very helpful. They have docks to load flat or step deck trailers. Only wish, maybe I missed it. But there was no pickup sign. Just receiving.

Absolutely stellar experience over many, many sales both on the internet and via phone. Online parts search is amazing! The new Mount Joy store is amazing! After I picked up my order I spent over an hour just walking around both inside and outside with my son looking at all of the equipment, accessories etc.

Had a Wolf Ridge Splitter delivered that we saw at their open house. Nick was our sales person who took the order and delivered the Splitter, he was on time and took the time to help set it up and showed the operation of the equipment. Ten Stars!! It is rare today to get the customer service and fast shipping that I received from Messick. I called on Wednesday to ensure they had the parts I needed for my 2010 Woods BB72 because Woods was back ordered and 4 other farm equipment store websites showed the parts were available but they were not available when I called to confirm availability. Messick’s Heather confirmed the parts were on hand. I placed my order on Wednesday and selected UPS ground and I received my parts Friday afternoon! I’m a first time out of state customer but I’ll definitely be a repeat customer after this experience.
