Just spent an hour trying to buy a phone. Even went to the bank and pulled cash to pay for it when the card reader was down. The price kept going up and when asked why it went from 170 to 205 to 230 without any changes suddenly the computer wasn't working and we decided to give up and go to a nicer store.

This is hands down the best location (Fultondale) that I have been to. Yurist, Matthew and Derrick have the best attitudes. They are patient, friendly, kind, professional and helpful. The store is always clean and I never have had an issue with any associate. The location on Lorna Road said that they could not fix my issue. I went to the Fultondale location and the issue was fixed without hassle. They (Lorna road) looked surprised when I told them that the Fultondale location could fix it ( Matthew told me to come back, but I was on that side of town and was gong to give them a try). I will always come to this location (Fultondale). You should too.

The employees of this location bent over backwards for me. Waited 45 min on hold, sought me out at the neighboring grocery store when they finally picked up. All costs were clearly played out for me, with polite assistance at every convenience. Will definitely be referring friends and family in the future. Thank you Quin!

I just called the store to ask a specific question and Miriam hung up the phone on me without listening to what was said. That is literally the worst thing you can do to a customer who was trying to buy 2 phones from you. Thanks, Miriam, for letting me know that your customer service is a waste of time. Never have I been treated like that

I went in the store planning to purchase a new phone I did get a hello from the girl behind the counter ,but her and the there fellow behind the counter, we're too busy talking to their friends, about three or four of them to see if I was interested in making any purchases that just kept visiting and I just kept looking and no one came to help so I left that store and I will not go back that's pitiful pitiful customer service.
