I have loved the brand and their products since I started buying from them but yesterday I had an experience that made me want to support them even more. I have the subscription and get a monthly order. I also tend to buy when they have sales on top of my subscriptions. I purchased some stuff when they did a sale recently and just got them in. One of the items was labeled with the pattern I picked but the item in the bag was a different pattern. I took a picture of it still in the bag with the tag showing and emailed their support to inform them I received the wrong item. I was expecting they would want me to return it and they would send me the correct one, but exactly 1 hour after I emailed, I got a response that told me they have submitted a new order (free of cost) and that I can keep the incorrect item as well. They also sincerely apologized for the mess up. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will probably never buy underwear anywhere else! They are extremely comfortable and I have not had any issues with them digging in or feeling annoying like I tend to with other brands. Quality of the product and customer service are both 110% in my book.

They are super comfortable and breathable, great for every day wear. The material is amazing! They use a sustainable eco friendly fiber, from Austrian beech trees. Superior quality, holds up after multiple washings. Makes a wonderful self care gift! If you are a connoisseur, with exquisite and impeccable taste, these pajamas are perfect! I ordered some 50% off underwear from online and they confirmed my order and took the money out. 3 days later, I saw a voucher from them on my bank statement for the price. No one contacted me to let me kniw my order was sold out or that a refund had been made. If I hadn't noticed then I would have just been waiting for a product that never came. I wrote in and asked why I had received a refund and was told all of this. I shouldn't have had to reach out to be informed. They then tried to give me a 20% off coupon for 50% off underwear? How much sense does that make? I wouldn't be able to get them for $13 a pair anymore. So, definitely didn't make the situation right. I like their product, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent quality of materials for the boxer briefs, they are super comfortable and very long lasting wash after wash, year after year. The only negative thing is that it takes a while to arrive in Canada via mail delivery and of course the cost to convert currency but otherwise no complaints..........bring back camo prints!!!

Random discovery while walking in the neighborhood. The design of the outside of the building is quite special: bright colors and cute little design details; like throw pillows at the entrance. The steps at the stairs were painted in vibrant colors and left an inviting impressions. The neighborhood itself is a mix of residential and commercial buildings. There are also a couple of hiking trails nearby. It might be worth exploring those.

Extremely comfortable, which is why they get a second star. But they DO NOT last. Bought a few pairs and they were so comfortable that I bought a 10 pack. Then it became very clear they don't stand up to washes or repeated wearing. Other brands are as comfortable and made with materials that last, wouldn't recommend these unfortunately.

This review is limited to the phenomenal quality of the company's customer service. That's because I had to deal with that department at great length as I placed my first order.

One thing that reared its head a couple of times was due to a web-site error. The site automatically loaded a "first time buyer" discount. There was a larger holiday promotion going on. Replacing the first promo coupon with the larger one failed to update correctly. But their chat rep was able to fix that in moments.

Then, the real fun began as I then changed my mind on my choice of color. Their policy dictates that once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled, but heck, on a Sunday of a holiday I figured I'd ask. As expected, the next rep told me that I wasn't allowed to make the change. But she offered to try cancelling it so I could place another. Shortly thereafter I was notified that the cancellation went through.

Of course, on redoing my order the same promo issue came up. . Yet another rep fixed THAT in moments. But in the midst of it I ordered incorrectly again. Yes. A second time. Which required another I contact them again. And again, the rep I got canceled the order and fixed the same promo error that started this whole thing.

The key point is that I interacted with 4 of their reps over the hour or two this was going on (I got one poor woman twice). Each was unfailingly courteous, patient, flexible and took care of each of my issues efficiently.

We all know how often dealing with customer service reps is frustrating. It's easy to forget that this is rarely due to the rep's capabilities and more reflective of company policy.

My experience with MeUndies has been the complete opposite. The many reps I interacted with aggressively acted as my advocate. That's important. But they wouldn't have been able to do that if their company didn't allow them the latitude. So if you are considering giving them a try, rest assured that if you have issues with their process or the product they will be there to help.

Great product and customer support! I purchased something and it wasn't going to arrive when I thought, MeUndies refunded me the priority shipping price, immediately sent the exact order again and covered the priority shipping costs for me. The product is so comfortable and cute! I just ordered another set of underwear I don't need, but they're so cute and comfortable and their service is so good, I just hand to do it. And, everyone at the compnay has been super sweet, patient and fun. Great job guys!
