All around perfect experience. I was impressed by his vast knowledge and ability to explain the importance of orthotics to patients. He was willing and able to answer any questions and address all concerns I had. The turn around was quick as well. I’ve experienced back and pain for some time. I’ve tried other gel inserts with no lasting difference. Since consulting with him and receiving my custom inserts I’ve had decreased pain in my feet and back. My fatigue from standing and exercise have gone down significantly. My posture has improved as well. It’s been life changing.

Highly recommend Michael Ashley! I have many issues going on with my feet and he took the time to listen, exam and suggest the best course of action. He helped me find a good shoe in my hard-to-find width of Narrow. When the shoes came in, he made adjustments that made them even more comfortable. His products and services are very reasonably priced, and when the time comes for me to get new orthotics I will be visiting Michael. Until that time I will continue to order my shoes from him (ladies they are not only comfortable & good for your stability-they are CUTE! )

I went with Michael because my lower back was bothering me for some time and a chiropractor recommended him to me to get that fix. I'm glad I did. My husband has severe lymphedema and venous insufficiency which causes his legs and feet to swell. We have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find shoes that fit and are comfortable, been to podiatrist and vascular specialists with no solutions. We tried extra wide shoes up to a 4 X-wide, none fit. I googled “Medical Shoes” and came across Michael C. Ashley’s information and Facebook. I called and made an appointment (which was set up within a few days). Mr. Ashley was very attentive and professional, evaluated my husband’s condition and was able to have him fitted and into his new comfortable shoes (14 X-wide) within two weeks. My husband is now relieved of the foot pain for the first time in two and a half years.
