They really saved my production. I needed a very specific memory card for high speed video, the kind of thing Best Buy might not even have nor be able to direct you to. But this shop was knowledgeable, had multiple versions and price points and quickly sold me one and I was on my way for last minute pick up shots. Thank you very much!

It is one of the few places in the area where you can still buy 35mm film. They also process and print it, which is great. They have a great store. Besides, it's really nice to interact with real people in a world where we buy almost everything online.

I received film scans with blown out green, red, and blue saturation and a lot of color noise which looks digital (like an overlay added in Photoshop, not an actual film noise). I couldn't distinguish Kodak Gold scans from Kodak Ultramax, just looks like they were cheaply and quickly bulk adjusted through the same filters no matter the film types. I even specifically asked the staff to not blow the saturation and contrast, as I wanted more pastely results, but the request was ignored. I got message that the negatives are ready for pick up but I had no scans on my e-mail. I had to call and ask for it. And at the end, while picking up my negatives, the staff was very aloof and not very motivated, which just left an additional bad taste. I'm very disappointed, especially that the price was quite expensive.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff especially Alexi who promptly responded to my inquiry thru email and assisted me also in choosing a camera. Patient enough to answer all my questions with a smile. I also asked about some accessories like lens hoods but unfortunately they don’t have on stock. Overall experience was very pleasant. Kudos to Alexi. Thanks for your assistance.

Developed my film once in this store. The quality turned out really bad. All of my film got strong color shift. I never encounter this in other film lab. As a result, I would suggest to go to more professional film lab instead of here.

Mike's Camera Menlo Park was supposed to send their Sony to Mike's Camera Sacramento, where I was supposed to receive it there. They told me they would send their gear on Saturday and I could receive it in Sacramento from Monday to Thursday.

So I went to Mike's Camera Sac on Tuesday which the camera should've arrived, and they told me the place at Menlo Park just shipped their item on Tuesday morning. I had to take a bus ride 4 hours back and forth for absolutely nothing because of Menlo Park was not doing their job. Fortunately fellas at Sac was extremely nice for me and apologized so I am happy with them. But Menlo Park was just absolutely.. wow.
