We are very happy with our flooring. I was hesitant to stop in because I assumed they would be out of my budget but was happily surprised to find our they were quite a bit cheaper than the local chain hardware store. Not only that but they were able to measure and schedule the install within a few days. The installer was super friendly and did an amazing job! Will definitely use them again!

Can’t say enough good things about my carpet experience!!!!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and they were so easy to work with and very helpful!!!! The guys that came and installed were so nice, respectful and cleaned up after to a T!!!!! Top notch service all around. Will definitely use them again!!!!!

We were not happy with the contractor not showing up, or calling, that they were not coming for the scheduled installation. However, they were on time the next day. They did an excellent job on installing the stone backsplash and in a timely manner.

From start to finish we could not be more pleased with the entire process. The sales associate Katherine (Katie) was so knowledgeable and helpful in regard to the different options and really helped me make an informed decision best for our home and family. It was a few months from the time i first looked and got a quote and the time i was ready to place an order. No one badgered me in the meantime but Katie did let me know of a summer deal going on that saved me quite a bit. Once we had everything signed, she emailed letting me know she had missed something and another $100 was being knocked off for a portion of service i didn't need(i wouldn't have realized). The workers that came to install worked for almost 12 hours removing our old carpets and flooring ( i felt bad for them) and putting down our new floors, with smiles on their faces and so pleasant. They were excited for me to see the finished job and it was obvious they took pride in their work. We are so pleased and so very thankful for the honest hard working people, and the quality of product. I know where to go when Im ready to change carpet in the bedrooms next😉 thank you Millcreek!!!
