Me and my family how ere visiting from London had a VERY unpleasant experience with this owner — as soon as we walked in she made us feel uncomfortable (and we dress super professional). When we walked in we asked her where the dresses are and she directed us in an unprofessional manner and hand gesture as if we were bothering her.

My cousin picked up a skirt and the owner immediately walked over grabbed it from her and said it’s not for sale.

At this point my aunt was upset and told her she’s very unprofessional w a lack of service. We are customers not the other way around. We’ve spent SO MUCH at her store before.

I love this store. Every time I go in I find the cutest clothes, shoes and handbags. The owner is super sweet and helped me try on several shoes and choose the perfect ones for my upcoming trip in July. She was also very patient with me which I appreciate because I have trouble hearing people’s voices at times. I plan to sell my beautiful Michelle watch that I don’t need anymore at her store. Love, love, love high end consignment and this store is amazing!

I would give 0 if google allow me. Walked in today to see what's their policy on consignment. Very discourteous owner. I felt ver uncomfortable the moment I walked into the store. When I was talking, there was no eye contact, the owner was checking out what watch I was wearing and what ring I was wearing the entire time. This is my first time ad will be my last time walking into this store. She asked the brand of the shoes I want to sell, said some most common ones, and the last one I said was 'by far". Then the owner give me a look and said 'oh wow never heard of this brand', wow? ! I guess I don't have the privilege to walk into this store. Maybe the store needs a sign that says "white rich customers only".

Weird experience ever! As a tourist on those days, I thought California was full of nice and educated people, till the lady attending this store made a comment in front of me (so, she was maybe the first person showing me the other and small side of California people). Anyway, I am a professional woman, now a resident, always happy, and I hope everybody including this sellers get that too. Anyway, even I am living in the Bay Area, I am not coming back to this consignment store.

Very discourteous owner. Will never again come here. She was very rude to my wife. Wife asked to see a chanel purse, she answered back with the price and said it was for serious buyers only. Little did she know that the people who don't flash pay for their things in cash. She immediately left the store very sadly because we have spent quite a bit of money here. She explained the situation and I went back in and politely told her that she was very rude as I took off my mask she remembered me and apologized but was too late i pulled about 10k in cash from my pocket and I said "no , im very sorry ! You just lost a sale of 4,500 bucks " . Please if you don't have to shop here don't ! She is very rude and unprofessional and very poor people skills.

What type of store doesn't allow others to try out clothes? Because of our size? My mother was trying to get a Burbery shirt for a special occasion and when she asked the owner of the place her response was "you way too big for the shirts." Did she ask that? Why are you going to body shame someone who asked you a question. Not only that she was discriminating her because of her race. Don't go this place unless you are a "skinny white person."

Excellent merchandise, very knowledgeable staff and the nicest owner. Great prices. Must visit! I bought a lot of rear finds there and wear them for years! Love the store! It’s NOT a typical second hand/junk store at all!!! Very high end and excellent condition clothing, jewelry, bags and shoes. Love it! Have been shopping and consigning with Milly Mango for years.
