I adore Becky!!!! Her attentiveness, customer service overall is PURE EXCELLENCE!!!!! Been coming here for over 2 years, she knows my name and what I usually look for. I don't have this with the other employees but they do know what I look for. Olga is also very attentive. However, today while looking into the craft beer room, Ms. Becky went as far as offering me her jacket. Customer service at it's FINEST....

The guy behind the counter was to busy talking on the phone to wait on me.. When he finally did I asked him if he was one for customer service.. He told me no., among other things called me old.. Was very rude.. Can't believe how much that store changed.. Sad., even though I am older.. Don't have to insult me..
