My first time ever renting!! Stephanie was the very best and gave me all the info, details and storage choices so I could make my choice right over the phone. Very friendly and the company has high standards and good prices. I will refer Mini Mall Storage to everyone in need, especially because of Stephanies great help! Also want to add that today I needed additional help and a copy of the paperwork. I spoke with Violet and she was so much help! quickly got what I needed and was very friendly and efficient. The guy that I dealt with at Mini Mall Storage -Batesville Ar office was very friendly and certainly very helpful, It is so nice to know there is someone local to call if I need help with my storage units, however I also have never dealt with nicer people than violet and Stephany everyone I have spoke with by phone there have been so kind and ready to answer all my questions! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I'm renting a second unit from this facility because of the customer service. If I'm going to give a company money I want it to be to accompany that is appreciative of my business. The office staff has gone above and beyond each time that I've had a question. I would highly recommend this facility!

The property is clean and well kept. The rental set up is so easy. I dealt with a young lady named Stephanie. She was so personable and kind. Stephanie answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. It was over all a good experience.
