From a great place to go to, to a place, sadly, I avoid. There used to be kind and great people working there. What happened? I think there's only one person now who works there that is still awesome. Too bad the previous manager left. She was great. My dog used to pull me to the store just to say hi to the staff there. Now they are gone and my dog misses the old staff too.

It is not their high prices or sub par service, which is to be expected of this brand, but their charging of card fees which lands them this one star review.

Now they can't even open by their posted hours. Worthless

Something is wrong when an employee way overcharges above the listed prices and when the customer complains he send out hit men to attack the customer, and yet he keeps his job. I'm trying to sue but they don't list the corporate headquarters online, hmm! I wonder why?

They stopped selling Sparkling Ice beverages at 2 for $2.22. Then told nobody.

Terrible customer service. I even tip. Business ethics, people. Unsatisfactory.
