Mira Mesa Square is making several improvements to this long standing shopping center. The photos belong to the once very long standing Big Lots store. One of my favorite places that stood the rest of time as long as it could. Now the store is going through a full renovation. Aldi will be occupying this space once it is completed. New signage and paint for existing shops. Looking forward to seeing the new Aldi soon.

Tom Cat Bat & Grill for the best hot wings ever. It is good too meet up with family and talk and eat and drink. A homey atmosphere worth the value. The staff are awesome they all help you and are attentive to the customer.

The last time I was here, the proprietor of one of the shops was out on the sidewalk in a screaming match with an unhoused person. Not a common occurrence, but not unexpected either.

Tom Cat Bar & Grill has good food and great customer service. I had a hot pastrami sandwich on wheat bread and an ice cold glass of Coca-Cola. The girl that served us was friendly and very nice; she was pretty too. It was all to my liking, so I tipped her when the time came to pay the bill. I would definitely come back to Tom Cat Bar & Grill again. Maybe I'll have some beer next time and play a game of pool.

First time visiting this location to use Navy Federal Credit Union. As I drove out the area, I saw so so many food places, retail stores like Seafood Market & Big Lots even a liquor store. So many places I never existed. I’m going to visit again just to check out the many stores Mira Mesa Square has to offer.

Convenient shopping plaza with Lucky Seafood, Bale sandwiches, Big Lots, Jack in the Box, a barber shop, and a donut shop. We love coming here for the convenience and ease of shopping. As my husband is vietnamese, he cooks a lot of vietnamese dishes, and since Luck Seafood is down the street from here, we love having to only drive a few minutes to get all of our groceries. They don't have everything and they don't have a giant selection but what they do have is pretty good for short notice, or for any last minute cooking emergencies.
