Of all the Indian grocery stores in San Diego, I’d say this is the largest I’ve been too. They always have a wide variety of fruits and vegetables at reasonable prices. Great selection of rices, spices, dals, sweets, snacks, frozen food, kulfi, etc etc etc.
It’s definitely not a store for non-Indians; meaning you’ll be a little lost if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for. As an Indian however, I definitely judge other Indian grocery stores when they don’t have something I know MC&C would have.

Simply the best Indian Grocery Store of San Diego. The selection is huge, rates are competitive, great parking, One can have Darshan at neighbering Laxmi Venkateshwar and Saibaba temple using same parking.

Very huge Indian grocery store! Their are many different products available and so many snacks or farsans available, but the aisles are extremely narrow and the fresh produce section is like a small Black Friday! Too too many people and it’s very crowded and I have to walk all around to get vegetables ! The vegetable section is large but all compacted into small place so crowding always happens! Especially after 5 pm the store is crowded with everyone and no space for anyone and the check out stations are very full and extreme long lines! There is a good amount of old vegetables on the ground by produce section which makes it a bit unpleasant to buy groceries!

This store has a great selection of Indian food and Pakistani. The selection includes frozen goods and plenty of flours. Their skin section has good things as face masks, henna, lotions, to mention some. The produce looked fresh with affordable prices.

If you like to cook, this is a great place for Indian recipe spices & ingredients. Everything from dry spices to fresh fruits & veggies, oils, frozen goods, spicey ketchup, & even a special section for Indian festival needs such as incense, burners, dispensers, display dishware, and Indian idols.

I found everything that I was looking for. One of the finest Indian grocery store in San Diego. Very well organized and maintained. Items are priced very reasonably. If you are looking for exotic indian raw vegetables (parwal, lauki (indian dudhi), ghiraula( galka), simi(black eye beans), karela, small taro), you can find it here. They also have a variety of frozen snacks, naan and parathas. You can also find several indian brand cosmetics, energy drinks, toothpaste, soaps, hair oil and so on. Also, they have steel cooking untensils and statues of God/Goddess. Do visit if you love Indian/nepalese or south asian food.

Fantastic source for Pakistan food. I take it to a friend in Guatemala so they can have a taste of home. I have no idea what any of it is but found everything on their list. They were so surprised and so appreciative. Made me feel very good to be able to do something nice so easily for these nice friends.
