as a Filipino, I love! They have all my southeast asian ingredients I need for filipino dishes especially seasoning packets, ube items, sauces, canned goods like bagaoong, dried munngo beans, frozen items, and specific veggies/ fruits such as langka, etc. pricing is reasonable

The ladies that are there are always helpful and friendly. I've been going here for many years because they have a lot of fresh pre-made Laos foods!

One of the only places I can find is Khai Being aka Lao Baked Seasoned Eggs! They also have pre-made papaya salads and balut also!

Small space crammed with products. The parking there is little to non existent, since it is in a corner shopping center, with multiple other businesses. I had to find street parking. I went there to gather ingredients for thai curry, but the eggplant I looked at was so soft, I put it down and walked right out. I may be back to brows canned and packaged goods, but their produce at the time of my visit, was not the freshest.

Mithapheap is a fantastic Asian grocery store with a wide variety of products from different regions of Asia. The produce section is always fresh and well-stocked, with a great selection of exotic fruits and vegetables. I love coming here once in 4-5 months to explore new ingredients and find authentic Asian products. They have a wide variety of Asian plants, including curry leaf plants, Thai chillies. The ladies at the cash counter are super friendly 💕🎀

Nice ladies. They have everything I need to make Cambodian, Thai, Laos and Vietnamese food. Price is reasonable. I like the homemade meals and snacks. Its really hard to find elsewhere around the bay. If you want to make something specific just ask them. Small markets like this are more willing to help. It's also nice to support small businesses.
