I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. Right when you walk in there is security at the door who was nice and said hello. But as soon as you start walking around you see signs posted everywhere that are yelling at you about all the rules to shop in the store. One of the strangest rules they had was you are not allowed to carry more than 2 items no exceptions. These signs are in caps and with lots of exclamation marks. It's like they don't want you shopping there. So all of these shouty signs definitely deterred me from walking around and shopping. Typically when I'm in a clothing store I grab multiple items to purchase but I definitely felt that wasn't an option here. I wasn't interested in grabbing items and repeatedly having to take them to the counter.
Pricing is not cheap either. You can find better pricing at Forever 21.
I ultimately decided not to browse at all because of all the rules and feeling like I was under scrutiny.
I decided just to check out the clearance rack and leave asap. The clearance pricing is definitely a great value. And I did find 4 items. Worried I was going to get in trouble I grabbed my 4 items and quickly went straight to the register to pay.
I won't be back again even for the low clearance pricing. Too many rules and you are made to feel like a criminal for shopping. I don't know how this place stays in business. This business is definitely set up to deter you from shopping there.

I went to this store to do some shopping on my day off and was taken off guard at how rude the workers are. It started with the cashier being very rude when I asked to try on clothes. Next, while I’m in the fitting room the owner bangs on my door asking if anyone was in there when she was clearly there when I entered the fitting room. When I exit the fitting room the owner tells me she didn’t know I was in there and preceded to grab my clothes from my hands while telling me “oh you don’t want these”instead of asking me. I had to pull away and let her know I will be purchasing these items. Something needs to be done about how customers are treated at this store.

Do not come here especially if you have young children/children with disabilities with you the owner will get in their face and scream/ point fingers at them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Clothes is also the same items you can find at DD’s/Ross/Marshalls for a cheaper price.

I went in earlier around 4:00pm with my family. The Manager was really rude to my son in law saying he needed to watch his baby who was walking around the store with him not grabbing anything not running, crying or anything in a disturbing manner and she said it in a really rude demeanor almost like she didn’t like kids at all. We were at the register looking at rings and other smaller items & the same manager is whispering to the cashier to watch us as if we’re doing something wrong which made us feel she was profiling us. You’re not allowed to try on anything that is white and some shorts as well. There is no customer service at this location at all. No hi no thank you no anything. We definitely aren’t coming back here again never expected this especially in an area where there are always children around. We came in only us no diaper bag only small purses we gave no reason for suspicion. I understand this area isn’t that greatest but not everyone is dishonest!! Something really needs to be done about the management here she’s horrible. I could never work in a place with a manager like that..

Went in the store a few days ago to shop for look at some high heels for my fiancee and the moment I walked through the door, I felt unwelcomed. The lady who I assume as the owner of the store was sitting at the counter staring at me with no welcome or any kind of friendly greeting. The other associate that worked there was helpful but the asian lady sat there and stared at me the whole time and gave no assistance. Just sat there with no smile and stared at me like I stole something. When I realized the shoes they had werent the right size for my wife, I said thanks and walked out. The asian lady got up and followed me out the store. I dont know why so many of these asian store owners think that every black person that walks into their establishment, is coming in to steal. If thats the type of attitude youre going to have then you dont need to be in our communities. People can feel the negative energy, the moment they walk into your store, it doesnt hurt to be friendly especially if your business is already lacking customers.

Got money stolen. I had purchased a few item and the cashiers had told me to swipe my card twice. Since the first transaction had a problem I assumed ? Then I noticed later she CHARGED me TWICE. I talked to the Asian lady who I assume is the owner and I told her that she charged me twice. I show her my bank statements and then says that her cashier didn’t charge me twice ! I never got my money refunded back and she basically told me to leave her store because she didn’t charge me twice.I was so upset. That was money I earned like at least tell me you are going to refund my money. I didn’t get a refund. Asian lady was so rude about it as if I was lying.

So since this place is under new management, comma I walked in today and swore I'd never go back to this place, the girls there were very friendly the place is really nice and organized they have a lot of cute clothes Q close, and the fading rooms are now open, The girl there was very nice I didn't feel like I did the 1st time when I walked in they were just following me around like I had stolen something didn't feel comfortable at all, But now since it's under new management the people there are very nice they don't follow you around, and, in fact they even help you look for something that you are looking for. I recommend to all the people that said they would never go back there to give it a second chance it's under new management, The place looks really nice and clean.

So given this pandemic, alot of stores have not allowed the fitting rooms to be open.
Which is understandable.
I came here about 3 days ago, so I asked an employee as I was purchasing my 4 items that if these items didn't fit, could I return at any point.
She said " only certain items you can return, & get your money back"
I said okay no problem. 2/4 we're returnable. Some how 2 shirts I wouldn't be able to return. Okay I was on my way.
I came back today.
There was 2 older Asian women.
One is the owner maybe, & the other is an employee. The employee right away as I came in w my bag, stared at me very rudely, & I mean rudely through her masks & all. So I already knew this was gonna be a pos transaction.
So I explained what was told to me, she giggled & then after telling me she worked here for 10 years. Got the owner.
She spoke in her native language, made sure I didn't understand her. Which I feel is rude. I'm not saying don't speak your language, but in this situation it rubbed me the wrong way.
The owner was kinder, but still only store credit or exchange.
After the first interaction w the rude lady, I didn't want either. I explained that I would never shop here.
The owner just apologized.
After I chose store credit,
She said you have " 15 day to use" which wasn't said when I chose it either.
I smiled & grabbed my receipt & left.

I now have store credit for a pos place. With horrible service.
Don't shop here. Unless you're 100% you're one of the lucky ones who fits into anything.
