I love coming to this store. I’ve been coming for a few years . The reason why I’m giving this place a low rating is because of the lady with the short curly wavy hair, & she has an attitude. She doesn’t greet customers. She never greets me. I’ve work for customer service over13 years and it’s her job to greet people. I haven’t been coming here often , because she makes it uncomfortable. I understand we all have our personal life happening, but it doesn’t cost her to greet ppl. It makes me not want to shop there I love when the owners are there because they take care of you. I hope she changes her attitude

I won't return to this store.

Besides having the worst return policy ever (7 days) I was denied reimbursement time after time for any excuse or reason. A "shirt" is a dress;
"This exchange smells funny"

$$-$$$ Dressy and casual clothing can be found in this establishment but BE ADVISED..They have a policy for exchanges in 7 business days with receipt. But when i questioned the sales person she just pointed to the policy and said "final sale" even though, what i was purchasing, it was not noted with any tags nor on a rack displaying sale or final sale. I think this may be False advertising. But don't quote me on that still, it's very contradicting. So if u dont mind paying for something and as soon as you walk out and notice it has a tear and don't mind you can't exchange it then this place is for u.

My daughters and I recently came here to shop. My daughters went into the store first. One of the managers didn’t notice my daughters were with me. I noticed one of the lady just watching over my girls as they looked at the clothes. The manager kept looking at her and made one of my daughters uncomfortable as she was shopping. I noticed her i told her dont worry they are with me. Im pretty sure they thought they were shoplifting We just felt harassed being there. We have never experienced something like this before

Bought dresses on a Thursday. I literally asked the cashier, Grace, supposedly is her name, if I can return she said credit or return is fine within 7 days. So ok. I come back following Monday and the cashier said oh you can’t return any dresses. I’m like what! The cashier should’ve initialed the receipt if you can return it. I’m like why did she literally say I can when I couldn’t and she did not initial it. So tomorrow I guess I’m gonna have to come back and speak with this grace. I don’t want to because it’s a waste of time! Oh her name is in the receipt! That’s so wrong of her to do. It’s NOT one star it’s infinite NeGATive stars!

Horrible place to shop at, was constantly being followed by one of the managers and felt harassed. Also noticed how she made one of the employees follow me, reluctantly. If you are male or look gay or even dark skinned they will look at you and discriminate. Older Hispanic lady on the floor was very rude to me when I asked for help, she was sitting down behind the counter on her phone even when there was multiple people in the store. They do not take COVID seriously and purposely put their staff in danger. Young girls in the back are always kind and helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want. Do not recommend supporting such a horrible business.

I will never be a faithful cumstomer to this chain of retail stores after experiencing plain discrimination. A friend and I getting turned away from trying on merchandise because this store is a woman’s clothing line and we are gay men. We couldn’t try on clothes there, how humiliating. She told me to go home after I purchase then if I don’t like to come back. I explained to her I’m just wanting to try on pants and that I’m wearing women’s pants right now what is truly the problem.

Zipper easily breaks on jeans.. specially the brand Wax Jeans... They won't exchange without receipt even if you take bank statement to confirm u bought it there.. once u take tags off ur pretty much screwed.
