Doug is a stand up guy. He’s so so so kind and professional, his customer service is second to literally none. I teared up when I picked up my precious posters from his shop, better than I could have even imagine. I am in awe. He’s a one man operation so he may take some time to get your stuff done, but trust me ITS WORTH THE WAIT. I witnessed him treating my stuff, and several other things that came in with TLC. As if they were his own possessions. I am SO happy with the outcome and he has found a repeat customer in me. THANKS A MILLON DOUG, you rule!

The owner Doug is the greatest! He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy.

I took him a "mess" of a framed print to "fix" and after seeing him put some ideas together, I am very excited to see the outcome!

Doug provides an old fashion level of service. He gave me the amount of time I need to explain what I needed. I never felt rushed, unlike when i shop at a large chain store. With his many years of experience he created the perfect frame for my work of art and my home. If you want something that will be a show piece in your home, I highly recommend mom & pop's frame.
