We did a stopover here at early evening to satisfy half of the team's sudden crave for ice cream (lol). It was a chilly and foggy day, so it kinda made sense that the shop was rather empty. The decoration was cute and it offers a lot of unique flavors like deep cherry and orange concentrate.

The good thing was that the cold weather kept the ice cream solid, especially when we enjoyed the ice cream outside.

This place is a gem! We got the “I Can’t Decide Sampler” for 2 adults and 3 small kids. It was delicious! We loved every flavor. It’s 6 flavors of the moon ice and one flavor of the soft serve. We also tried two flavors of the cookies and loved them too!

Ended up getting 2 with pineapple mango-vanilla-guava. It’s was super yummy and will for sure be back!

Not too sweet. It’s Italian ice and soft serve. Tastes like a dole whip.

This is by far the worst Ice Cream shop I have ever been to… Ice Cream is one of the easiest things in the world to sell… but this place seems like they purposefully tried to create the worst ice cream shop of all time, and succeeded. First, they don’t have any normal selection… No chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies and cream, cookie dough… no they have these abominations instead. I ordered what I thought would be similar to a Reese’s blizzard and instead I got a 12 dollar terrible version of it with liquid spoiled ice cream. My wife orders a hot fudge Sunday and they gave her spoiled ice cream with a hard chocolate shell… when confronted they still stood by the fact that the hard shell of chocolate was the same thing as hot fudge.. They sell a cookie, and again, cookies are very hard to mess up but it’s the worst cookie I’ve ever had, just tasted like I was eating plain flour… Overall we got two inedible monstrosities for $30… It’s hard to explain in words how terrible this place is…

Obsessed with the ice cream cookie sandwiches! They were so good I got two so I could try different flavors. Excellent for gluten free.

The soft serve ice cream was not ice cream. It was frozen flavored water. This establishment claims to be creamy. There is no cream in what they called. Soft serve. There is no flavor and tasted like icicles. As the mixture for the soft serve had been watered down
They use plastic cups to serve ice cream instead of paper cups. Their packaging is also a disappointment and seems cheap and no thought put into it.
Both myself and my partner were disappointed with the product
I would’ve liked to go inside and my feedback for being that the staff was already unhelpful when walking in I did not feel that it would be beneficial to say anything about our disappointment

MoonScoops is a delightfully wonderful little ice cream shop nestled into the Dunes shopping center in Marina. With their wide choice of options on how to enjoy the tasty treats and the chic decor MoonScoops is the perfect place for an afternoon or after dinner treat. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful letting you taste any of their many flavors of "moon ice" a blend of sorbet and Italian ice, that of which is all dairy free which is a nice change if pace. And if ice cream isnt your style, they have a good selection of gluten free giant cookies. But dont get too attached to the flavors as they are constantly coming out with new and exciting flavors! Overall, MoonScoops is just one of those places thats easy to find yourself coming back to over and over again.
