Came in to get my wedding tux, my wife’s wedding dress and veil dry cleaned. After noting some of the areas that needed and to be delicate with the items, the dry cleaner assured us that the items would be done separate.

My dress shirt still has marks on it and the dry cleaner at the time of pick up told us that “you dry clean at your own risk.”

The veil which was supposed to be done separately ripped where the hair clip is.

The wedding dress came back tangled, and with lint and hairs stuck to it. Hairs that are not my wife’s.

Overall, we did not have a good experience with any of our items brought in.

I have been coming here for well over a decade and I’ve never had any issues. All of my stuff has come perfectly and on time usually sometimes often before it’s needed.

alterations also work wonderfully my wife has had several things altered over the years and they all came out perfectly.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRY CLEANING HERE!!!

I took my 501 jeans for dry cleaning. They put it in the washer and ruined my brand new jeans. But charged me as if it was properly dry cleaned. When I asked for them to reimburse the cost of the jeans, they didn't want to take responsibility. Why scam hard working people? Just do you good HONEST business and you will do well. DO NOT USE THUS DRY CLEANERS!!!!

They can’t tailor military uniforms. Don’t bother wasting your money here. They don’t have the precision needed for uniforms. I had to go somewhere else and pay again. The tailor must be a novice.
