The owner and workers are so so nice! I never leave without something (hardly ever). Every time I go in Amy keeps new stuff rolling in constantly, she really cares to make it a great experience for everyone (I feel). I bring family and friends there every time someone visits. Best little boutique by far in crossville.

The blonde girl was super rude. Asked a question and got attitude back, was really looking forward to visiting this shop and walked out immediately and spent $300 at Cahoots down the street. They were much more welcoming and friendly.
