Just wanted to praise the guy that collects trolleys and helps people. Watched him today helping someone with their shopping and then taking time to talk to them and bring smiles to their faces Not the first time he is always friendly. Well done

This has to be the worst supermarket known to man. The prices and offers are often wrong or out of date and once I bought something out of date, fair enough that’s my own fault for not looking. I worked in retail for 16 years so familiar with think 25… but I must be the most haggard looking 16 year old ever to get ID for paracetamol at 36… the previous week I also got ID for a pumpkin carving kit that had 8+ on the packet.. for anyone curious I recommend Estée Lauder night serum.. I won’t be shopping here ever again, it’s ridiculous.

Great range of products here if you want usual supermarket things. It is one of the few places locally that still have fresh counters such as a fishmonger and butcher.
Only has a small clothing and newsstand/stationary range.

Easy to get lost which can be good if you're just looking around but bad if you're struggling to find something. The different stalls around the shop are fantastic, with the salad bar and the deli being my favourites. Prices are surprisingly cheap considering the location.

I nearly always use Morrisons at Barrow in Furness because I like the layout etc. I was there on Saturday 12 Oct, not good it took me 15 minutes queuing for the till, there was only 2 cashiers. Come on mid afternoon on a Saturday?
The poor girl who served me looked frazzled too.
I used to work as a cashier and was always told , don't make customers have to wait to pay!
NOT GOOD MORRISONS

No staff and not one single till with an actual person on. Made to use the self check out service, which constantly broke with 1 member of staff trying to run the whole store. A multi billion pound company who cannot open 1 till, waiting 15mins to self checkout my shopping. There was a 70+ women alone with a full shop and a broken arm self scanning. No help off staff nothing. Disgraceful how they are trying to get us to serve ourselves while recording profit after profit. Will never shop at morrisons again
