We're not there to mess anything up, or cause any problems. Any mess we make we will always clean up. Me and my boyfriend are currently homeless and when we go recycle, before we get on the highway to Livermore we make sure our load is safe, tight and strapped in the warehouse area parking lot cause for a while there weren't any businesses there and it was so nice quite and calming. Still is...it's nice to see mountain house grow the way it is. **Keep Mountain House Green**

Arrived at 0639 for a 0800 appointment. Tried to check in on the front office for the delivery and were told that they would take care of that at the. Well the back doesn’t have any signs on any door to tell where to check in. Well I went to look for a door at 0700 and finally another driver told me where the door to check in was. The door was locked, the doorbell wasn’t working. And finally someone came out at 0750 and took our paperwork. And he said that he only had 3 slots available 0800, 1400 and 1800. So he said I would have the 1800. Cause the other driver that were in front of me got the other times. His excuse was that they didn’t have enough space and that’s all he could do. So if they try getting you a load to this place, just be warned that you’re going to have to wait until what ever time they decide to unload you. Not your appointment time. So I would definitely tell you to decline any loads to this place. I’m making sure my dispatcher never gets me a load to this location ever again. Oh yes they don’t have anything around here so come prepared to sit all without any bathroom amenities or food and beverages. I would like to not even allow them to get 1 star but there’s no way to do that.
