I had placed an order with another company for a custom design on a tumbler. After two failed attempts from them I took my tumblers to Mountain Monkey Company. Jerald, is an awesome person who is enthusiastic about outdoor sports, people, his laser engraving work and creating wonderful Mountain Monkey products. Buy local my friends. Jerald, the owner of Mountain Monkey Company does so much for the SoCal outdoors scene. It's great to have an outfitter (and custom engraving) in Yucaipa at the gateway to great hiking in San Bernardino NF, Angeles NF, and Joshua Tree. Join him on one of his many local hikes and you're likely to get hooked up with a cool monkey coin like I did

The owner was incredibly kind, genuine and downright amazing. I showed up and he took the time to not only engrave my yeti but show me around the store and really connect. Amazing work, professional and great company while waiting. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

I’d rate 6/5 stars if I could. I walked in and Jerald (the owner) and Julian (employee) took the time to give me a quote for having a water bottle engraved. It’s for an Owala. We weren’t sure if it was possible to get it engraved like a Stanley or Yeti. Jerald offered to test run and see if my Owala could be engraved… for FREE! Who does that? This place does! Excellent customer service. They took the time and helped me with my design. While waiting for the engraving process, Julian gave me a tour and history lesson of the facility.

They are super friendly and knowledgeable. Will be coming back here in the future. Definitely recommend this place.

This guy has a lot of stuff for camping and hiking. Jerald was a very nice man and the customer service was top notch. Please don't hesitate to buy something or use his services. Kindness goes a long way and this man is very kind.
