I don’t write reviews often. When I do, it’s because something truly moved me. John and Amy were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. After issues with another jeweler, I came to this store. Thankfully, I was not disappointed. The store has a pretty neat selection of watches. With John and Amy, you’ll be sure to find one that perfectly suits your needs. To receive quality service from very knowledgeable staff, I’d recommend coming here! Came in the other night to get my father's watch and my watch service. Kelly and Joseph were super professional took the time to check everything out get both watches back and working shape and we even had some pleasant conversation while I waited. I always love coming to the shop they take care of you and keep my whole family's watches running perfectly.

I was recently shopping in this location and in the past have always had a very positive experience except this last visit. I was approached by a young man with long dark hair, I believe his name is Andrew or Aiden, I can’t remember. I felt as though I was bothering him. He seem very agitated and annoyed at my questions and wanted me to make quick decision as if he was on a time schedule and the store was empty so it’s not as if he need to attend to other customers. As I stated earlier I have had good experiences with Bob and at times the manager Kelly and once with a man named John. All very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. However, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and would think twice about shopping there again if my only choice was to deal with individual. Maybe he should rethink his career path. Definitely not a people person.

I purchased my fourth Movado watch today with the help of customer service rep Becky. She helped make for a smooth transaction and informed me of their promotions. I will definitely be back in the future.

5 star customer service! I brought in a watch that I bought from another movado store and not only did they grant me a return that they did not have to, but they took a tremendous amount of time with me helping me find a replacement. What made it great to me was that they knew after the trade in value the sale was a very small amount yet I was treated like a VIP. Ask for Bob, you will not be disappointed.

I would never buy anything from this location. The young female, strawberry blonde hair, was rude and condescending. I came in to buy a museum piece or two. I was mistaken by confusing one watch for a museum piece because I was not wearing my glasses. She said to me, oh honey you apparently don't know about our watches. I just got a large bonus and was ready to buy a few pieces but I went to another store. I was so angry, have never been treated like that ever, and I am in sales!
