Yesterday my Facebook account was disabled for 180 days I don't know why Facebook is doing this to me right now it's so annoying I was sent email my Facebook, I replied to them and now they will not reply to me. Yesterday the same thing applicable to my Instagram, well I was able to rectify my Instagram duo, and I'm currently online on Instagram now but my Facebook will not come up why😖
I was told to appeal I did and it's not coming up Please do something about 🙏🏻

I am reaching out with respect to my Facebook account which has been disabled since August 29th. I have been seeking for ways to get to Facebook Customer Service or live chat to no avail.

I am a Cameroonian born and raised. I moved to the United States 1 year ago as an international teacher. What happened was I got a Givenchy shoe from Cameroon, but when it was delivered, it couldn’t fit. I didn’t know what to do then other than thinking of putting it up on Facebook Marketplace. I have never used Facebook Marketplace, that was the very first time.

Apparently looks like I didn’t follow the community standards when I uploaded the pictures and it was labeled against the rules which I didn’t know why. I did that about three times thinking maybe I was missing out on something but still was getting thesame report. I was ignorant and had no idea about the rules and stopped immediately after receiving those notifications before eventually reading the rules and standards. Now I know it was wrong for me trying to sell the shoe online. I had no right to do that. This should never happen again.

They gave me a single opportunity to appeal, which I did but no positive response yet.
Please I’m seeking solutions and ready to submit whatever it takes to justify myself and in getting back my account.

Your Support team did nothing! They never responded. The only response I got was the stupid survey! Your customer support team is pathetically inept! I’ve been trying since May 17th To get my account unlocked I’ve submitted three videos, I followed up on each of them and nothing! The last correspondence I got from you folks I expect an email with hyperlink to unlock my account… It never friggin came!! The Meta Support team is horrendous, your FB bot is laughable, its only function is to generate an email requesting a video submission. I respond to the email and all I get in return is this STUPID survey!! Your customer service management team should all be replaced!

Impossible to get a human being on the line to talk about the facebook experience. So I am leaving a one star review here. May visit the building to have a conversation about this issue in person. My issue was the fact that my comment got taken down, and I got a warning based on the notion that the algorythm considered it to be "hate speech". While I see the machine's logic in why it determined my comment to be one, in proper context, it was anything BUT hate speech.

I do not particularly enjoy being censored by machines. And neither should you. Also, I do not enjoy getting tossed from one automated answering system to another. Provide better support, and do better for your users.
