In November ago I met with Robb with the intent of purchasing a suit and shirt.
He stated that he would check with his guy/supplier to see if he had the color suit that I was interested in.
He also measured me for a shirt.
Well, after a month and a half, I never received an update, nor follow-up.
Very unprofessional!
Be cautious when dealing with this guy.
I found him to be a very shady, dishonest businessman.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Robert walked me through every step and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my selections. The suit fit was unparalleled to anything else in my closet (including other custom pieces) - a bargain at any price! The suit held up throughout the wedding festivities and is on the short list for my next event. Would recommend anyone looking for a bespoke piece of clothing check out Mr. James. Wearing the suit Robb made for me, I felt just how I wanted to standing across from the woman I love. I still receive compliments whenever I show a wedding picture. He also outfitted one of our officiants and my best man in great style. I could not recommend Robb more highly - do yourself a favor and let him outfit you, as well.

Robb was and has been awesome during my suit fitting process. He is up to date on trends and knows what is the newest latest and greatest. He'll give you advice on style but makes it very clear the choice is ultimately yours. Very accommodating with scheduling and up front with pricing and no pressure on anything. I will be getting all of my suits from Robb and Mr James going forward.

Robb was pleasant to work with and after several visits and alterations, the groom's suit turned out nicely. We did end up not using the vest we purchased, and there were multiple issues scheduling appointments with Robb (e.g. he wrote the wrong date down once and showed up late (or not at all) on multiple occurrences). The tailoring process was also a nightmare. In the end, we liked the suit but it's questionable whether or not we would go back again. My (now) husband was very stressed out with the process.
