Yummy veggie sandwich! My first time visiting and the sandwich didn’t disappoint. Large portion for a 6 inch, and was stuffed full of sprouts, lettuce, onion, tomato, avocado, mayo, pickles, and cucumber with cheeses. Glad we ordered at 10am because it was ready by 12. Be prepared to wait if you walk in. Not a sit down place. Great drink and chip selection. Highly recommend!

Great sandwiches, make sure to call ahead to place an order during lunch time - it’s popular! The customer service is good but sometimes you can tell they’re swamped. I’ve recently had the Cuban and Philly Cheesesteak (pictured). The 9” is the size to get, big but feasible to eat in one sitting. The dining area in the back isn’t anything fancy, most people seem to get their sandwiches as pick up. Go try it out!

I wanted to love this place. Everything pointed to this place being a neighborhood gem the kinda place you want to recommend to out of towners, but it wasn't.

The experience -
Long waits(30 minutes if you didn't call it in), which usually is a great sign, but after receiving our sub we were sorely disappointed. It was heavy and hefty leading us to feel like it would be full of meats and cheeses but it must of all been filler. The picture speaks for itself.

The taste -
Overall bland and underwhelming, dry as well. Asked for oil and vinegar, maybe they forgot it.

In conclusion, it wouldn't be a place i would return to. Sadly jimmy johns or jersey Mike's makes a better sub. Just my opinion

I don't give many 5 stars, but this is hands down the best sandwich shop I've been to in a long time. I got the Cuban, and my wife got the French dip. Absolutely delicious. Great bread, great meat, and cheese. I highly recommend this place.

One thing I would like to suggest, get an online ordering system please so we don't have to call over and over and get a busy signal! Lol

8/14/24: you have got to be kidding me. I can't believe how amazing this Mike's deluxe sandwich tasted. The meats, the cheese, the mayo, the bread were all so wonderful. I can't wait to go here again. Quantity for the price is amazing and they have fresh fish daily!
Can't beat it.

Went here for the first time yesterday around 6pm. I was told it would take 30 minutes and I was ok with that. The other people in line were nice to talk with. Got the Mike's deluxe with bacon and it was really good. The 9" was more than I could eat which was surprising. I'm looking forward to going back.

Deli Club is always a win! I was a bit worried about eating here now that I have braces, but I had no trouble at all. I should have never let them stop me from enjoying this place!

Magical Sandwich Makers. A staple to the area and locals. What pizza is to New York, or Gumbo to New Orleans, sandwiches are to Tacoma…¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and that’s the truth. This is one of the major sandwich shops and stops in T-town, even if it may not look it but that’s what makes it so Tacoma. Solid sandwiches with an open kitchen and their beverage and chip selection is massive, 2/3 the shop is a cooler.
