Our last visit was in 2020. We love this place and the lady working was so sweet. She even took the time to take a pic of my wife and I on the porch from the parking lot. She even gave me a discount on our purchase because my son in law is military and I am in the fire service.
Love this place so much! We are so ready to visit again!

We usually visit here once a year and have generally enjoyed each trip. In more recent visits this year and last the lady there has been very short and even downright rude to customers which has been very awkward and disappointing to witness. On our last visit we decided not to make any purchases because of this as well as the fact that we noticed the prices blacked out in order for them to just state new prices. I know times have been hard but there's no reason for rudeness or to price gouge the once again arriving tourists. We don't plan to return to this store again.

We went in to get Harley gear. Our friend had a request to sing a song for her friend that had passed. He wanted to go to the Harley Davidson in Alaska but never made it. Rose sang a beautiful song in his honor for his wife. Carol was so kind .aaccomaccommodating accomaccommodating accommodating

If you get to "Glitter Gultch" while in Denali do not miss stopping at the Denali Harley location. We rented a Jeep from the place next door and stopped in before we headed out. Marie (who works and lives there for the summer) was warm and knowledgeable and gave us some great ideas for where to head on our Jeep excursion. Plus they have some really great merch. The day we were there the HOG Chapter had a ride that stopped there. We missed them (we got back from our Jeep tour too late), but she really took care of the group.

Weak, terrible customer service. Bought a 78.00 dollar shirt and they won’t exchange for another shirt because it’s too small. All wanted to do was exchange for larger one or different shirt and pay more if needed too. Weak, cold, indifferent and poor customer and policy service.

If you are in Alaska and want to walk into a warm, friendly environment then you have found the right place! These ladies love what they do and their personalities light up the place as soon as you walk through the door! I had a blast and don't know when, but hope some day we get to make it back!
