Stopped here in the middle of a road trip a few nights ago and just thought I should leave a review. It was late and I was tired so I asked the girl working if she knew of a decent place to crash for the night. She recommended me to a close by hotel and even gave me suggestions on where to find breakfast the next morning. You don't always find people with such a friendly attitude so I just wanted to shout out Kate and say thank you again.

I been using this store for ove 10 years.. ive seen a lot of employees come and go but the ones who've stayed and the ones who join long term definitely work hard fer this place.. the employees are genuine and down to earth and dont put up with no crap either.. as it should be everywhere i think. They work hard to maintain the place and have definitely earned 5 stars and respect from me.. if i win the lottery we're all getting stimulus checks 😄

Kate was super helpful - thanks Kate! We were driving a rental car and still had 100 mi. To go for the day when the “OilChange Required” light came on at 5:01 PM. You can’t make this up!!! Kate helped us find a mobile auto service who came to us and corrected the issue so we could complete our trip - Awesome!

Horrible service. This place is garbage! I would never recommend anyone ever to ever service or receive services from this joke of an establishment. I went in with my pregnant wife and disabled sister in law as a on foot pit stop whilst on our way to other locations in town. Me and and my wife just moved here with family and its astonishing to know that somone could be so extremely rude with such an (expletive) and condescending attitude in a place of professional buisiness. I was trying to purchase a single beer as they had my favorite type of beer there, only to surprisingly be belittled, questioned, turned down and harassed into a yelling match whilst be threatened with uncontended legal pursuit, even tho I was only to trying to make a simple purchase within my legal rights as a 36 year old man who is trying to start anew and enjoy the simple things in life. In these conditions, my wife was trying to use the restroom and we both received unwarranted questioning and not needed speculation and facial glares. You have not heard the last of this matter. I WILL be reporting you to Valero corporate and your propert managment. How dare you refuse my service, I buy alcohol from other businesses in town as it is within my legal rights. Whomever you are, middle aged woman, I dearly pray for your mental health and well being. I hope you realize the impact you have on this lovely community. You deserved nothing less than to be ostrocized and fired from your position. Its a privilege to serve the community and you do not meet the necessary standards or expectations for this wonderfull town of Mt Shasta. Take your misaligned judgement and rotten attitude and take flight from our wonderful town of Mt. Shasta. PLEASE.

I am appalled at this place, and let me just say this, its not the place it the people that run this place... after seeing all the reviews I don't know how people do not stop going here, but here we go, so today March 22, 2024 my husband and I we stopped to rest after driving all night and her first appoched in the am was " you need to move on" so my husband said that if thats how she apporches people from out of town and in the morning, she then got upset and said you need to leave or I will call the police, so we ignored it and proceeded to try and pump fuel so we can "move on", she then would cancel our transactions at the pump, we insisted she sell us fuel so we can move on, she refused!
So I did some searching and found the owners number and called him, left him a voice message and a few minutes later he callez her and told her to serve us the fuel, she ended up doing so but this place is so magically beautiful to be in a bad rude mood, why must we be treated like a tyrant
