The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and the staff was so thoughtful with the arrangement! We requested certain colors, which were added in, along with a bow to match. We received a photo the night before delivery to make sure we were satisfied, and they arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thank you for your care and kindness!

Sharon was amazing to work with! After the sudden passing of our beloved friend, we were in a rush to order a flower arrangement for her celebration of life. We had originally went with another company but found out it was a scam and the flowers wouldn’t have been delivered so we were very short on time. I placed the order two nights before the service. Sharon called me first thing the next morning to find out exactly what we needed and when. She called and texted me throughout the day to keep me updated. She even texted me a picture of the flowers they had chosen for the arrangement! The next day (day of the service) she texted me a picture of the beautiful flower arrangement they had made and assured me again that they would be delivered on time. They arrived at the perfect time and they were so beautiful. I can’t stress enough how awesome Sharon was to work with at this most difficult time. I do not live in AK anymore, but I highly recommend Muffy’s Flowers & Gifts and if/when I’m ever looking for flowers in Anchorage, I will definitely call them! Thank you so much Sharon for your personal care and professional advice. You helped make a terrible time a little brighter.

We ordered flowers today for someone very special and when you order flowers, you always have a dream in mind of what they're going to look like. I think of beautiful flowers as a huge hug of love and that's exactly how it will be if you order from Muffy's. I will only order from here in the future! I have received flowers from here as well as placed orders. There was an issue with one order I had placed and I received a call to see what they could do to rectify the situation. I was impressed that she took the time to address concerns and sent a replacement. The customer service is phenomenal and the bouquets are stunning!!!! I will always order flowers from here. Muffy's is the BEST florist in town!!

I called on Thursday afternoon requesting delivery by Saturday of Mother's Day weekend if possible. The lady I spoke with was super friendly and helpful and the flowers were delivered on Friday! The arrangements were gorgeous and I love that they prioritize using American grown flowers. They did a spectacular job on short notice in the middle of a pandemic. This is the only flower shop I will use in Anchorage from now on.

Update, used Muffy's again for same-day delivery. Asked for designer's choice in the flowers. They were delivered early and look spectacular! Muffy's continues to impress!
