Absolutely great place and great service. Took my daughter's violin in to get a new string and the gentleman helped me right away, put the string on, tuned the violin for me, told me a little about what to expect and look for, and did it all in a matter of minutes. I was in and out. Definitely recommend this place and will return in the future when the need arises. Thanks again.

Was very upset that I received a faulty instrument for my 5th grade son. But when I returned to the store about this issue, Geoffrey took ownership of this issue. I was clearly unhappy about this situation and any other employee would have just told me to call customer service and have a nice day. Geoffrey went above and beyond to resolve this for me. Excellent service. Thank you Geoffrey.

I brought my clarinet in to have Robert look at it. It wouldn't play in my lower register. Within 15 minutes he located the problem and had it repaired.

be very careful about renting instruments from this provider. There is NO RENT TO OWN, so if you continue to pay for the instrument but your child is not playing anymore you cannot own it. They continue withdrawing payments from your account even after the instrument has technically been paid for. If you reach out to them they make you return the instrument in person and then you can get another instrument of equal value or less. IF you don't live in Murietta or Temecula then you have to drive up there in person to return it.

My family rented multiple instruments from this store for the last school year. Heres what you should know...Their system is always slow, they aren't fluent in how to use it. If you have a card on file, it will charge sometimes and others not and you'll get a collection call or letter. If you take lessons like we did for (1 month) you'll be charged for second month and they'll say "no problem we will request a refund"....it will never come..and they never know why.. I have been asking for one since July of last year for my money back for 280$ to which they have gave me the run around. The GM who ever she is will never call you back and you'll just be out of money and leave with a horrible experience. The manager is nice but ineffective and the other guys seem nice but never know whats going on. I've tried to be as patient as possible for month and months longer than I should have.. Customer service will tell you its a store issue and to work it out with them... Avoid and go else where if possible.

This was my first time visiting the store and I will definitely be returning for any future instrument needs. The gentleman working (sorry didn’t get his name! He was working Wednesday 9/30 at about 5:00pm) was SO nice, helpful and knowledgeable!! My son just started the saxophone and we were a little clueless but after leaving we felt way more prepared!!

Rented instruments there and throughout the year were good but then I was charged when I returned them by mistake. I have been calling them for a refund and have been unsuccessful. Spoke to the store manager Kirk and was told he would send another email when he had sent one 4 days ago and did not get a response. He was careless about the customer and did not consider my frustration with the situation. It should not take almost 15 days for this still not to be taken care of. When I addressed him about the situation and asked to talk to his boss, he stated he could not give me her information and to call the call center myself. Absolutely unacceptable the type of customer service I have received. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
