I go into Napa every once in awhile and every time I do I'm always greeted with a friendly attitude/smile! I usually am helped by Andy and he is the best! he's always super helpful and never fails to put me in a good mood. so to Napa, please consider giving Andy a raise because he deserves it!

I was traveling from Spokane WA to Mt. Shasta and I Had a coolant reservoir cracked and a thermostat problem. D and Andy from your store went In my opinion above and beyond. Their normal job description to help me out.
I am mechanically disabled when it comes to vehicles and was freaking out. They both took the time to both calm me down and help me through the situation and got me back on the road to Washington. Huge thumbs up to them and your store. Bill

Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Plus most of what I needed was on sale! Last time I needed a batterie they even helped me install it on their lunch break ! And if they don't have the parts they order them for next day delivery. Thank-you napa mount shasta !
