Traveling and the vehicle broke down. I thought the radiator I bought had a leak. They don't deliver to individuals but hearing the situation the gm was willing to get the parts to me. Great service!

This Napa took care of me today when my truck lost a brake caliper bracket bolt while towing a trailer, luckily that happened as I pulled into a gas station, the store had the bolt needed and they sent a driver to drop it off to my location! Moments like these are remembered forever, you guys save me from a massive tow to Mesa so I am extremely grateful for your help today, folks.. this is your store for anything you need on your vehicle! I went in to find windshield wipers for my audi and i couldn’t find any that would fit anywhere for my car. They helped me order ones that would fit and didn’t charge me until they knew it would work. They gave me a very generous discount for my graduation and put them on for me and overall it was the best auto parts store experience I’ve had!

I called the store to ask if they had a part for my truck and talked to Tim. He said that they could have it the next day. I let him know I wanted to get one today so he called Napa in Cottonwood and they had it in stock. Thank you for a great job.

These guys were amazing. They dropped everything to fix our car dolly that had melted the lug nuts and overheated the bearings as we were towing our car frim out of state. They charged a super reasonable rate and went above and beyond to make sure we got right back on the road!

Thank you awesome people we had our belt bask on our truck and they were quick to figure our which one we needed as we had some dog's and young puppies which they allowed me to bring in and helped me cool them off. Bless them for caring .
