Absolutely wonderful and cozy little shop with more gemstones than you can imagine. Maria was absolutely incredible and so knowledgeable about everything, she made our shopping experience memorable. We will definitely be paying a visit every time we stop by Sedona.

Sold me “yellow obsidian”, claiming it was a naturally formed rock. Yellow obsidian is fake. She doesn’t even sell real stones, but man made stones. I don’t appreciate the false advertising.

Marie is very personable and knowledgeable! Great selection of crystals and stones (a few tarot decks to choose from). Variety of necklaces, rings, so on. Ranges from mid to expensive.

Picked up a heart shaped tiger's eye pendant as a gift ($18 +tax).

Great products which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. But, despite the quality products, like many have mentioned, the customer service was off. I have a huge appreciation for handmade jewelry as I make my own, and was very excited to purchase a beautiful pair of peridox earrings. (My favorite stone)
I picked them up and walked over to look at the other stones, and as I did that the employee quite literally jumped up and pushed past the other customers to go “check” the jewelry I had just looked at. She then urgently told whoever she was chatting with on the phone she “had to go” and gave me a look that said more than words could have. I guess because I was not dressed like a multi-millionaire hippie, rather a regular person, it was assumed that I was stealing. I have never been treated like that nor looked at in that way before, and it was degrading. The “vibe” of a crystal shop should be welcoming, loving and kind; as that is the core of spiritualism. (Crystals inadvertently represent spirituality) Do not go here unless you want to support gate keeping, judgmental jerks.

Great selection of gems and sparkly things, so I loved that. Took off two star for a couple of reasons though: 1) you're supposed to write down skus of your rocks and gems but the only sign I saw (I didn't think it was for all rocks and gems since I only saw in one spot on a wall over small polished stones) was on the other side of the store, no where near the entrance. So, it was kind of annoying to have to go back (me, not the employee, they were too busy talking to each other) and try to remember what the gems were called so I could get the right sku. 2) When I went, there two employees who were talking about another employee (badly) and we're not offering great customer service. I get it, some times co-workers or associates (if you're a manager) can be tough to work with and you need to figure out how to handle it, but don't bad mouth them while there are customers in the store. It's unprofessional and a turn off.
