I bought a formal dress for my daughter last year, for a wedding and returned this year for 2 additional dresses for a formal event. The ladies have been very professional and accommodating with me and my daughters. They brought out multiple dresses, searched through catalogs, etc. I would return there and recommend them.

I went here for an important event to get measured and i got measured VERY wrong and ended up with the wrong size. The lady made me pay 50 dollars up front and i did not get any money back so that sucks especially for getting the wrong size on the big day, overall i would say that if you are looking to get clothes you should get measurements done somewhere else and make sure you get your money if they mess up

Oh boy… where do I start. There’s js so much to complain about, I don’t think they’ve ever heard of customer service because holy MOLY I would call multiple times on open hours and would get no answer!!! EXPENSIVE JS FOR WRONG SIZES AND EVEN RIPPED CLOTHES! I was mean mugged for not knowing how sizes work, they switch up prices and conditions… oh my I am never in my very long and experienced life will ever come here again. The things I’d say if a digital footprint didn’t exist‼️ horrible experience so rude!

Worse store ever don't buy there the mom and daughter owners of the store have no integrity they lie to get your business telling you you with get a free rental or discounted price then once your date gets closer they change everything stating they never promised anything. Also suits rented did not fit the well even though they measured? Terrible service rateras!!

Went with a friend who had 3 weeks until her wedding! Young lady pulled all the dresses she could find in the style she wanted and She said yes to the dress! Service was fantastic. I bought my 3 daughters junior, senior prom dresses and 1 wedding dress at her other location. Would highly recommend them..

Omg great service!! Definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great customer service, reasonable prices, beautiful dresses. Karla helped me throughout the whole time. I found my wedding dress and I was told it would arrive in 2 weeks but it only took 1 week. I will definitely be back.
