Ed is a fantastic barber and is great with men’s cuts and kids. The shop will take you back in time as Ed works hard to maintain the old school barbershop charm of yesteryear. You’ll get the latest news on current events, and may be lucky enough to experience the occasional guitar serenade while you wait! It’s a popular place for the locals so make sure give yourself plenty of time if there’s a crowd in the shop. You won’t be bored though, and while the experience is free, haircuts are still only $10!

Awesome experience! Very SOLID barber. Nice old school/ small town feel barber shop. My first, but definitely not my last trip there. Cut was a very good high & tight. Straight razor shave to skin. I have never wrote a review for anyone. But tonight i walk up to get a cut and was the last one in and like always got the best haircut in the world. Let me tell u that this is the best place to go. Not just bc best barber but the best person in the world just to talk to and get things of ur chest. I haven't been able to make it to him for awhile and as soon as i show up he is asking where i have been and takes care of u like family. Thank u so much to the best barber in the world. He goes out of his way just to talk to u and makes u feel like there's someone still cares for u. Plus he knows how to do the best viking hair cut. 😄😄

Warning! The more Ed talks, the shorter your haircut will be... Just kidding!
Ed is a great barber and a great person. I have seen him craftfully trim the hairs of patrons ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics alike. I highly recommend Nelson's Barbershop with Ed at the helm.
