It was time to find another computer repair person so I did a Google search and found NerdsToGo. I reached out to them and they were very quick to respond. I was able to set up an appointment for Ethan to come to my home. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issues. We arranged for him to pick up my computer to replace the hard drive. He had it back to me in two days and I am thrilled with how great my computer is working! No freezing, no slowness with downloading pages, no error notifications popping up... I recommend this group and Ethan very highly.

This is the third or fourth time I’ve used Nerds To Go. I cannot say enough good things about them. Ethan could not have been more helpful in helping me choose and completely setting up a new computer. And for a senior that is extremely important. The office staff also could not have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend to everyone.

I had a computer problem that involved one of those fake alerts that come up and tell you to contact the number on the alert because you have a virus and they have a siren blowing and a female voice telling you that you have to act immediately. I knew enough to not call the fake number but I couldn't access my computer as I got blocked out of it. So I turned off the computer and called NerdsToGo and their technician came out the next day and was able to easily fix everything for me. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable and make sure that everything is in working order. So glad they can help!

**EDIT** Currently, with their new system and limited experience I would rate Nerds-to-go a 3.5. I could easily see how they're a four to five star business under normal circumstances, but I have no experience with the company under normal circumstances. Their pleasant staff and customer service is great. After I left this review the owner reached out and left me with a better understanding/experience. Still, be aware of steep prices and a new system **EDIT**

The process with Nerds-to-Go has been frustrating, which is sad to say because Kim at the front desk and Iquil, my tech, have been so kind. It took over two weeks, $240+, and many, many calls back and forth to unfortunately not even be able to repair my computer. The crux of the issue seems to be the new system they just switched over to. It took a long time to get my ticket started, it charged me roughly $300 instead of the $230 I was told I'd be paying, and even sending an email seems to be far harder than it should be. I really was looking forward to my experience, because like I said the folks working here are great, but the process has been nothing but frustrating. The phone tag in particular led to a lot more confusion in the process than it should've.

Ethan did a great job installing new internet, wireless mouse, and managing a bad Microsoft patch. Oh, and he also helped my with my cellphone.

The administrative staff of the Borough of Rose Valley are very happy with and very appreciative of all the help Nerds to Go have given us over the years. They have saved us many times from computer disaster. They are always quick to respond.
