My husband and I stumbled upon this place while going to the market downtown. What a pleasant surprise! Shirts for $1.00 and jeans for $2.00! All proceeds go to a good cause. The woman working was wonderful to chat with and gave us some good insight to the area since we just moved here in April. 10/10 will visit again.

Excellent prices and even better customer service--friendly and helpful. Welcoming of children as well as adults with special needs. Great selection of adult clothing, toys, and the best price around for kids' books! Kid clothing section can be sparse at times, as is often the case anywhere. Favorite thrift store in town!

Thus is a very great store full of super nice ladies. There is really great stuff for sale at super reasonable prices. It's fun to browse all the areas and everything is very well marked. I thrift all across the United States and this one is one of the best. I have even written it down on my list of best thrift stores ever in case I come back this way.

I love Erika and Mandi. They were so welcome and kind. I didn't stay long but they did their best to accommodate me. If you're willing to put in the effort to get your life back on track, they're there to help you get there. Blessed to have met these ladies and to have had a safe place to lay my head and a warm bite to eat.

Mandi and Erika and all the staff are truly wonderful.They took over the shelter in August under new management.They each bring something unique to the shelter.They took me in when I was living out of my car and it was freezing outside.I was afraid to go in a shelter because I have a lot of trust issues but overtime I opened up more and more like beautiful souls like Mandi and Erika.they helped me anyway they possibly could and they help everyone who walks in the door.I even was hospitalized because of mental health problems and I thought they’ would abandon me because I was in a hospital but they took me back with open arms.If you need help they go above and beyond .It doesn’t matter who you are if they can they will help u and if they can’t there help you with resources.Its hard being in a shelter but they make it so much easier.they are the best shelter around that i know of.They are all amazing people and i love them all very much.

Shocked to find out this is a Christian organization, I did not receive a very Christian experience dealing with them. It was an awful experience trying to arrange a residential pickup of items with New Hope Thrift Shop. There were to many instances of calling to confirm if they would come, they wasted a week plus of my time to pick up valuable items that needed to be cleared from my property. They would only decide to pick-up on Tuesday or Thursday and they couldn't even do that. I heard ridiculous excuses about how their availability depended on one man finishing concrete and that they would only confirm by the afternoon of that day if they were coming. Sometimes I had to call since they were slow get back or they would call late afternoon once I left my property. The person I dealt with was very unprofessional and came across with an attitude and I highly wouldn't recommend working with this group unless you want a bad experience.
