The owner of this store engages in body shaming of adolescent shoppers. telling them that they need larger sizes and that they will rip the dresses or break the zippers. A well made dress will not tear or break in the way she describes so I assume her dresses are not well constructed if she is so concerned. No adolescent should have to listen to someone say “you are too large” the entire time they are trying on dresses. This is sadly a refrain many of them are already hearing in their own heads. Please reconsider sending your teenager shopping in this store as they are likely to be body shamed if they exceed a size 0 or 2.

I had one of the best experiences while shopping there. I was stressed out because nothing fit me in other stores for prom dresses and this place actually has a range of sizes. The pricing is cheaper then alot of prom dress shops. The person in there was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable.

The salesperson in this store treats customers very differently based on their body types. I went in there with my friend to shop for prom dresses. I’m a size 6-8. The salesperson discouraged me from even trying on size medium’s, worrying I would “break her zipper.” The entire time I was trying on dresses she would insist on getting me bigger sizes in order to “protect her merchandise”. This ruined the experience for me and made it a very stressful situation.

I’ve always had decently good experiences with this store. I first came here for a quince I was in, they offered to tailor the dress (I’m 5’1) the second time I came in was for my 8th grade promotion, I bought a black dress, tailored as well. It was fine but they do say unnecessary stuff. They said my butt was too big and ripped the back a little. I took it as a compliment but a completely unnecessary comment. I was invited to my boyfriends prom. Its not my senior year but it’s his. It’s obviously important. I wanted a simple dress, nothing expensive because it’s not mine. I first tried on this dress that was $100 and something rounding up to $200. My mom made me start asking for prices before trying them on. Most were $300 which we weren’t interested in spending so much(again not my prom so why buy such an expensive dress?) When they noticed we weren’t going to buy anything expensive they started ignoring us and just being rude. Just like another review, another girl came in trying on (what I assumed was expensive dresses) and they were hyping her up, saying how beautiful and what not. At the end they said I should get it tailored and if I wanted to elsewhere because its $75 to get it tailored in the same store. That was completely rude considering the other time they offered to make it pretty and fit me perfectly, and now she’s implying we can’t afford it? I shouldn’t have bought the dress. But I needed something with prom around the corner. I’m not going to get it tailored there and never coming back again. I don’t need rude treatment from these people. When I first read these reviews I didn’t know how they could be true till it happened to me.

Love their dresses! I find the prices pretty reasonable. Their dresses are excellent quality and the customer service is great! Had to get a dress last minute for an event the next night, and they altered the dress for me quickly and I got to wear it for the event. 😊 Will definitely come back for more!

I totally agree with the other two customers who gave a one-star rating. I would give zero if possible. Absolutely rude and arrogant. These people don't know what customer service is. I was going to buy a dress for my daughter and tell her whole class about this store. They've just lost a whole lot of business. Don't go there!

I bought a beautiful dress yesterday. Nicole was extremely kind and hospitable. Nicole and mommy Celia were both patient and sweet. Took me a while to choose the right one. Mommy Celia was fast and efficient when she was setting the alterations for my dress. They were very busy but they both were able to do a great job with everyone. I told them i am leaving on saturday to the philippines for my sister's debut so it was a last minite rush and they both helped me a ton. I recommend going to this store. They have beautiful dresses and great customer service. 😄

My daughter was going to her first Father-Daughter dance. We saw "A Star Is Born" at Tanforan and wandered around to figure out lunch. Stumbling upon this store... they have evening wear and all the accessories (tiaras, shoes, etc) and my daughter was in heaven. Unfortunately, Daddy was hungry and we had a full day so we had to go.
