I couldn’t have asked for a better dress shopping experience. Nicole was so kind, helpful, and down-to-earth! She welcomed me and my group into her shop and told us to have fun, and we did! We all had such a great time picking out styles, and Nicole took all of my opinions and feedback into account as I narrowed down my options. I never felt pressured or stressed at any point, even though we were there for several hours longer than anticipated. After I found my dream gown, she said she would order another size and hold the original so that we can ensure I have the perfect fit. She also included a gorgeous veil that went perfectly with the gown I chose. I’m very glad I booked an appointment with Nicole and would recommend her to anyone.

She was so kind and helpful! We showed up later in the day and happy to leave before close but she stayed an hour and a half past her closing time insisting it was fine and she was happy to help me find my dress that day rather than make another trip out there. Overall very great experience and can't say enough positive about my experience 😊

If I could give Nicole 1000 stars I would! My original dress was from a Plus size specialty boutique in Pittsburgh that closed her doors with no notice and never ordered my dress that I'd been waiting 8 months for. Fast forward to 2 months before my wedding Nicole went above and beyond to work with her designers to get me over a dozen gorgeous gowns in my size within 2 weeks! She welcomed me with open arms like we were long lost sisters and found me an even better gown for my wedding! Being plus size can be hard to find gowns that look amazing and fit well, she maybe me feel like the beautiful women I am and comfortable trying on everything. She worked her butt off for me when she didn't have too and for that I will always have a special place in my heart for her and her wonderful boutique! 100/10 recommend!

Nicole is the best around! She helped with everything and made the wedding dress shopping experience so easy and fun. Her inventory is expansive and beautiful. Amazing experience! After hearing friends' stories from going to other bridal stores feeling rushed, being limited to the amount of dresses they could try on, fighting for dressing rooms, not being helped in and out of dresses, feeling looked down upon because of their budget, etc, I knew that is something I didn't want and I was sort of nervous to shop for a wedding dress. My mom found Nicole's on Google, we read all the good reviews, and scheduled my first wedding dress shopping appointment. You definitely get a small-town one-on-one feel here which I'm sure isn't the case at chain stores or stores in bigger cities. I was the only one in the whole store and Nicole gave me her attention the entire time while helping me in and out of dresses, clipping and pinning, etc. She was not pushy at all but very helpful and laid back. I'm pretty laid back myself and I know right when I walk out of the dressing room usually if I like something or not. She didn't try to convince me to like things I didn't, but she listened to the things I liked/didn't and made recommendations that helped me find "the one". It was so nice to be the only one in the store and not feel rushed at all. She had a huge selection and I ended up trying on like 30 dresses but it was fun and didn't feel overwhelming at all. Plus her gowns are very affordable. I bought one off the rack thinking it was $1,500 as marked and when we checked out it was $500 something. This was definitely worth our hour+ drive and I'm so happy to have found my dress at our first stop!

Nicole is the sweetest person ever! She made me feel like I was the only bride in the world when I walked in her store. For someone to say she is rude or overbearing in a review is ridiculous.
She made me feel comfortable and find the perfect dress when I lost hope that I'd ever find the dream dress I always wanted! The selection is awesome too:)
She listened to everything I wanted and made suggestions and pulled it all together exactly what I wanted!
We are getting everything at Nicole's, bridesmaid dresses, tuxedos and my dress! Since I live in Cali now, it's challenging to plan back home but she accommodates and makes it as simple as possible!

After months of searching and nearly 50 or more dresses, Nicole helped me find my dream wedding dress at her boutique. The experience I had there was so special, I felt like I was her only client. Nicole did everything possible to make my experience a positive one and treated all of us like family. I have had the pleasure of modeling for her boutique as well and it was an absolute blast! She is such a sweet person and really gets to know her clients. She has a beautiful selection of dresses for any occasion. Having a place like Nicole’s Bridal in our area is truly a blessing.
