Great grocery quality, with consistent fish and sashimi quality. I come here for the fish. You can get take out, I suggest their noodles and rice box more so than the deep fried serving which can just be a bit dry. Overall the market is a bit pricey but fair, you pay for what you get and it is a pleasant shopping experience. The cashier is super polite and attentive. The line is rarely more than one or two people.

Quality Japanese market that also serves hot foods from the kitchen with a seating area, as well as prepared bento boxes.

I like the Japanese curry, and add aji (fried fish). The bento goes on sale at night. For a treat, pick up some sashimi grade fish, like hamachi, salmon, tuna, and cut at home.

Great place for a casual light meal. Highly recommended!

I consider this place to be my little secret and recommend it to anyone that will listen. Very clean grocery store with a whole range of different kinds of products, and they always have a beautiful arrangement of fish and seafood for whatever kind of sushi or sashimi you want to make. The sushi here is also less expensive than any restaurant or supermarket, and EXACTLY like they make it in Japan. The most authentic sushi I’ve found and it’s always a cut above 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

This is a small Japanese grocer. But it has all the essentials in high quality, including locally sourced fresh sushi, sashimi, tofu and pastries. I keep going back whenever I crave for them.

Here is a store with a decent selection of Japanese goods and items that you might find in another Japanese market. The prices are not too cheap, but probably just about right for the San Francisco-area market. There is a small deli/good counter at the front of the store that you can eat into store (chairs and tables nearby) out carry out with you. Parking is free, but it's shared with all the other stores in the plaza.

It was very disappointing to be at a Japanese supermarket and get some of the worst sushi I've ever had. Vons has better sushi! First off the selection was very limited when I went at about 5pm. I could barely find something that looked good. The fried vegetables and shrimp were soggy, the rice in the poke bowl was dry and pretty gross like something I would have for leftovers. It was not good and I won't be back
