Was there shopping for the family. Came across this pair of Nike labeled at additional 50%. Upon check out, I noticed the discount taken off was only 30%. The register escalated to the manger, Jessica, who verified that it was marked at additional 50% off.

She refused to match the own price on display and suggested that the tag was tempered with?!?! I am sorry, but do not to save 20% that bad and it’s simply insulting.

Exact quote “ I do not need to match what was on the shelve or give you the discount. You can either buy it at 30% off or just walk out”

Whichever male Asian employee working the changing rooms today around 4pm most certainly does not enjoy his job. After I went to the changing rooms for the second time (there was nobody else in any other room), he never spoke to me or looked me in the eyes again—he begrudgingly opened the doors as if I had just condemned him to the last circle of hell, and it left a sour taste in my mouth for the rest of the day. Luckily for him, the rest of his coworkers did not seem to hate themselves, and were actually capable of conversing with me.

I had an exceptional experience with the Nike Factory Store team at the Great Mall! The staff were extremely helpful in resolving an issue with my daughter's defective shoe. Even though it had been a few months since the purchase, they promptly replaced it with a brand new one. Sport 🏀 shoes 👟 store 🏬 like the best. Had a great experience- a lot of options and a lot of people. Avoid the store during the holidays. Great sale and discounts. Looking for basketball 🏀 shoes. This is the brand I would like to recommend to all age guys , I already have lot of good collection Nike stuff .. all shoes are very comfortable and we can get it on reasonable discount price , quality of shoes , clothes is really good , I already bought five track suit last two years time period and all are still looklike new one because brand quality is superb. Store staff is helpful . Store area is clean and products are well organized on different shelves . Thank you 😊

Store closes at 7pm on Sunday but store manager did not let us and many others in at 6:32pm saying its my store and I can take decisions. Very unprofessional!

This is an outlet store so if you don't want to drive all the way to Gilroy this is the next best thing. A lot of good Selections and the customer service is awesome . The lines might be long on peak hours but worth the wait for a good deal. Clean store.
