This family owned business will make you feel welcome and treated like family. Alex will go above and beyond with whatever your needs are. Very experienced and knowledgeable. My girlfriend and I took his enhanced concealed carry course and Alex was able to give us helpful tips at different levels of experience during our shooting qualification. His class was small and very interactive. I feel comfortable reaching out to him at the shop, or through social media platforms as well if I every have any questions in the future. Alex has a lot of experience in different fields and taught us everything we needed to know about laws and responsibilities of being a enhanced concealed carry licensee

I totally recommend anyone that’s interested to go check out Alpha Romeo Tactical! Alex, Kenny, and Steve are all awesome! They have huge knowledge about anything gun related. They go out of their way to satisfy the customer. They’ve literally let me watch them put my gun’s together just to get experience. He offers Concealed Carry classes, as well as custom engraving if you’re interested in either. They’ve got a good small collection of pistol’s, rifle’s, accessories, and ammo. Alex helped me decide on a new upper for my ar15. Kenny put it together, and all I’m waiting on is the charging handle. Alex hooked me up with a mil-spec charging handle until my Radian ambi comes in. I can’t wait. Great people, great service, great product’s!! Go check em out.

Go see Alex and let him set you up with either conceal carry classes or a great custom built firearm at some of the best prices in the area. Always great to visit with Alex and the crew about the latest laws being proposed and how it affects our rights. Go check it out.

This is a great place to shop for guns and ammo. Alex and his wife, Nancy, are great people with a good family. They are very knowledgeable and are great at answering questions and locating products that we are looking for. Alex is also a Veteran and we THANK HIM for his service to our country. We highly recommend them and their store, and we know that if you will stop in and shop their store, you will become a longtime customer and also a friend..!

What a great resource of the Siloam Springs and vicinity. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you are new to the world of firearms they will take the time to explain what you need to know without making you feel like an interloper. They have unique, diverse selection of firearms and if they do not have it, they will get it. Ammunition and accessories are available. Firearms classes for various levels of experience are done on house.

Simply WOW!
Read many of the reviews left here and I have to say.... you all are spot on!
I'm not from this area, but was told about AR Tactical from a family member. I've spent several hours (spanning over years) at some of the "big name" or suppose to be "well known" gun shops in NWA. None! Hands down, none compared to the service Alex gave me on my visit to see him.
I have spent my time looking for someone to help me purchase a firearm that I've wanted for a number of years. I thought, surely it can't be that difficult? But after visiting a national chain and a well known for the area (who both were listed as distributors for this firearm) and having both just dismiss me as if I wasn't worthy of their time, I remembered about AR Tactical.
So I came to see for myself.
Within 7 days of visiting with Alex and explaining what I was wanting I had the firearm I had dreamed of purchasing! Wow!
I still haven't heard back from the national chain store who told me 8 months ago they would let me know if they could order the firearm for me.
So, that said.... if you want to feel belittled, snubbed, or any other ill feeling....go to the big national chain store or the "well known" shops. But if you want the BEST customer service, the BEST experience as a gun owner and you want answers to your questions from a very knowledgeable person? Then forget the rest and go see Alex at Alfa Romeo Tactical in Silaom Springs! Well worth the drive and time!
