Everyone at the shop was great, good availability of skis and they were quick when I swapped out skis mid-day. The only disappointment was that I wanted to buy a pair of skis that I had rented. They have a policy that allows you to apply 2 days worth of rental costs towards a new set of skis. The skis I wanted to purchase they did not have in stock. The only options they presented me with were to have the skis shipped to me and told me I would be responsible for the cost of shipping which was a lot. I was disappointed that they couldn’t work with me to find another solution. The other option was to buy the demo ski but wouldn’t let me use the 2 day credit towards them either.

My advice, make sure if you want to buy a ski they have them in stock. Otherwise you are just forfeiting the two day credit which I why I chose them in the first place.

It's a good thing Nomad Sports is located front and center in Teton Village because missing it would be a real shame. I was impressed by how friendly and helpful the employees were. It felt like they were just as excited to help me enjoy my time on the hill as they were to go out skiing themselves! The demo skis I tried were all in great condition and their rental policy, which lets you try out multiple skis throughout the day, is very helpful. My friend got his skis tuned here too and was very happy about the overnight turnaround and the quality of the job. Highly recommend Nomad!

I purchased some new pedals at a bike shop in Wilson and they installed too tight to remove. Zach at Nomad muscled them off after a few minutes and had me on my way to catch my plane. Service was super fast and professional. Will definitely be returning. These guys are great!

My first time skiing could not have gone any better! The employees over at nomad really took care of me. Knowing it was my first time, the employee Jerry sat with me and made sure all of my equipment fit just right and answered all the questions I had. Look forward to going back to the mountain and I’ll for sure be renting from nomad again. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience all around at Nomad! We left our old equipment at home and rented skis for my husband and myself and a snowboard for our son. The pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy. They did a great job of matching the equipment to our skill level and type of skiing/boarding. The equipment was fabulous (the Kastle skis were literally better than anything we’ve ever skied on). The snowboard and skis were all perfectly waxed with ideally sharp edges, which made skiing/riding even more of a pleasure. The only down-side is that now we’re all dreaming of getting new equipment. Highly recommend this place!
