We visited Nordstrom at The Village at Corte Madera in Southern California a few days ago. Our overall experience was quite pleasant. So grateful for Margaret and her help with my bra fitting. She made the 30 minute appointment beyond efficient but also made it feel like I was really her only focus during that time as she ran back and forth between my changing room and the store floor finding so many different fits for me. I’ve recently lost weight so wasn’t sure what fit would be best and she was super accommodating and kind as we navigated that together. She also made sure I liked how the bra fit and looked under a t-shirt so I knew how it would appear in real life, which I appreciated. She never pressured me into buying anything and was transparent when she thought a fit could be better, so I really trusted her when she agreed we found a winning bra option. Thank you Margaret for making a task I was a bit nervous about doing very easy and fun.

WOW! I lost my wallet over a month- no idea where it would have been- cancelled all the cards already and gave up on the $150 in cash. Got a call at my work desk line today from the operator- stating it was the manager at Nordstrom calling about a lost wallet- best part- he found me on LinkedIn! Talk about above and beyond service- Thank you Ted Reed, Nordstrom and that team is lucky to have you as their employee and manager! And I am grateful to have gotten you call today, for nothing else but to put a smile on my face for thinking outside the box and taking the time do that as you did not have to!

Thank goodness for Sandra in intimate apparel at the Corte Madera store! She eyed my size like the expert she is! Haven’t had a bra fit this well in 40 years!

This store is relatively large, has a lot of inventory. The service is as good as in Macy's.The prices are too high. The store inside is nearly empty with customers. I feel it is a waste of land to build and maintain such magnificent building in a very nice area and not being used by many customers. The solution: Shop on line instead, close down this store for good and build a hotel or a condominium instead. Moreover, i could not find any American made goods in this Nordstrom store EXCEPT the one pair of sport shoes for men, New Ballance, but the size they had is away too large. I believe it was 12. Finally, another solution is instead of spending a fortune in this overpriced store, it is better to spend on something else like Traveling. Places to visit are: Kauai, HI; Denali N.P. Alaska; Key West, Florida; or New Zealand. Good luck.

Trying to find guest services or customer service is something that shouldn't be that difficult. Tell customers that you don't call it that and you call it pick up/returns
